Private Tuition
The Institut français in Luxembourg offers general individual French courses, tailored-made for adolescents and adults. Courses for adults are classroom training or e-learning (more information for e-learning here).
Private tuition offers a targeted training according to your abilities. Our flexible formulas allow you to select the dates, times and the courses frequency according to your schedule.

Possibility of private tuition in pairs: €75 for 60 minutes
Minimum duration for 1 lesson: 60 minutes
Recommended duration and frequency of lessons: 90 minutes, twice a week
FEES FOR FRENCH COURSES FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES* applying from 1, September 2020
The IFL also offers French courses for specific purposes from the level C1.1 :
- legal French
- medical French
- business French
- training for the competitive entrance examination to the public service
- preparation for the competitive examination into prestigious universities

Private lessons at IFL
We were a class of 2 people and took 15 private lessons.
I am personally very happy with the teacher we had (Mrs Dimena Ernst)
The lesson was well prepared and structured.
The school and Laetitia were very helpful and responsive.
The only downside for me is the fact that the lessons are not the cheapest.
Super organization, very friendly staff and experienced teachers.
Very well organized and helpful team, experienced teacher, I am so happy that I choose IFL for my French formation.
